Wonderful Sunset in December 2008. Lenticular Cloulds over Mt.Rainier and great light after the sun had set.
Another shot of the lenticulars. They are formed by warm moist air rusher over the top of Mt. Rainier. 14,410 feet high and very cold. The warm air gets condensed and forms the clouds. The furhter from the Mt. the faster the wind.
