Mustelidae: Badger.From the French "Digger"
A loner generally except in mating season. Will eat a varied diet but digs out ground squirells too. They can dig a hole and disapear in a minute.

That is a Needle Grass sticking out of this Rams forehead. Needle grass can be a nuisance to animals and people alike.

Ovis Canadensis part of the Mountain Sheep Family.

Female Big Horn Sheep eye. Look closely and you can see my car.

Old Ram on the left younger one on the left.

Female Sheep get horns too but not the big curled one of the males.

The lower Rams is protecting the Ewe while the boys above look for an opening.

Coyotes can be found from the high Arctic to Northern South America and across most of Canada and the US.

Pronghorn numbers are increasing because the Wolves have reduced the Coyote numbers.
They also take more domestic animals, along with domestic dogs, than Wolves.
